Excellent Accommodation

Spacious Clean Room with Full Amenities. Wi-Fi Connectivity is Very Good. Location To Transport Hub, Shops and Eateries are Nearby. The Only Hiccup is Locating the Hotel Main Door without Any Signage. It's Next to Indian Restaurant

Crack den

Awful. Arrived at 1830, Pre advised the hotel this would be our arrival time. Not reception, no one to check is in. Rang the number online, no answer. Managed to get in the building and find the location, for inside the ‘reception’ and the hotel is nothing more than a hostel.
There was info worh other phone numbers to call, again no one answered.
We left.
Good luck even getting in here if you book it. I’m glad we didn’t stay as it looked like a crack den.

Amazing stay

The place is located 2 min walk from Termini train station, check in is very smooth and with no need for reception.I arrived there late in the night and departed early morning before the staff arrived and everything was well prepared for me. The room is spacious with all the necessary tools. Best value for money especially when comparing to other similar hotels in the area. Highly recommended place

Pleasant stay near Termini

We stayed for 3 nights. Great location couple of blocks from Roma Termini, the city's main train/metro/bus station.
Check in was smooth. Staff was very helpful and gave complete information.
Room was set up well, and it was clean. Pleasing to see complete set of coffee, tea, kettle, maps with tips and directions (a step up for a bnb).
Only knock would be the slightly strong smell of acetic acid used in cleaning the bathroom.
However the room was spacious, complete, we were assisted well enough to outweigh that. Appreciated the customer management team's availability during and after our stay.
Recommended for a Rome visit!

WRH Termini or Roma Da Noi

It was well worth the money, but one mistake made us stay in the wrong room because they sent the same instruction to two guests. Fortunately we got there first. The other guests were left stranded in the middle of the night in the hotel halfway. Considering the situation, it was really bad, since no staff was around at midnight, no one could be contacted.
