Family-friendly
We chose the Pantera Rosa again this year, for the fifth consecutive year.
Attentive and polite staff!
This year the entertainers were exceptional, starting with Erik, the head entertainer, who prepared the kids wonderfully; my teenage son had a lot of fun, he participated in all the tournaments offered, and we adults had fun and felt involved by the skill and politeness of the girls.
The only sore point this year was the experience at the pool; my young son (who is on the autism spectrum) was having a meltdown and insisted on going to the kiddie pool, $5 for him and $5 for me. I tried to explain that I would only be accompanying him without getting into the water (because I knew it would last a very short time), but I was told that just because I was using the pool area I had to pay. I did it without prolonging the discussion because it was a rule and I respected it. My son lasted 5 minutes, watch in hand, and then we went back to the beach without ever going near the pool again. I understand your reasons because some people are "sneaky" and might say one thing and do another, but as a customer, I advise you to rethink this rule a bit because $10 for 5 minutes was really unpleasant

Excellent experience
Excellent, in the center of Scalea; I have been coming for three years and I find it welcoming and quite affordable for everyone, good entertainment, a special thanks to Paola, kind and nice.
