La Spiaggetta 1 Apartment Torre San Giovanni

We stayed at La Spiaggetta apartment number 3 (via Tazzoli) in a spacious studio on the ground floor, excellent cleanliness, cool environment despite the outside temperatures. New furnishings. We had a very good time, we parked on the street in front of our apartment. The location is good for being able to get around to the various beaches and towns. Excellent assistance, we had a small problem, immediately resolved. Recommended

Avoid at all costs!!!

We just returned from a wedding in Salento, we stayed for 5 days at the Pamela apartment in Ugento. We had a really bad experience, there were 4 of us adults. The second room was inside the master bedroom, separated only by a curtain, small, claustrophobic and without even a window facing the outside of the apartment.
The air conditioner is only in the living room and from the first night we had to move the mattresses onto the floor in the living room because you couldn't breathe in the "hovel". But the best part is yet to come... Friday morning at 5:00 AM the workers started hammering in the rooms below... the thing repeated itself even the following day even though it was Saturday. We promptly notified the agency which never answered by phone but only via WhatsApp messages, no one showed up to apologize for the inconvenience, in fact when we wrote that we would report everything to the booking site, we were even threatened, warning us not to go against this agency... ABSURD!!
The only one who had respect and tried to solve the various problems was Giuseppe (maintenance worker) whom we thank for what he did.

good base of support

I used a room with a bathroom for a few days, essential in appearance but equipped with everything needed. The location of the property is convenient and strategic, close to the center, the beaches, and the entrance road to the town. Parking is easy on the street.
The management of the room is done completely independently, with precise instructions from the agency.
In case of doubts or difficulties, the assistance is prompt and friendly.

Fantastic location, convenience and kindness. Brand new house, excellently heated, green around, as soon as it is sunny it is already summer in such a house. Thank you.

Well, I'll be back

Stay in Torre Mozza, apartment in via Ariosto/Savonarola, a stone's throw from the beautiful sea , but seriously, is not an understatement. I'd been there before, with complete satisfaction. Apartment not luxurious but more than dignified, friendly and helpful staff. Maluccio the bathroom, however, working: but sacrificed, not ventilated, narrow. if you could do something would be a great thing. Anyway, happy, and I'll be back. Francis
