You get what you pay for
When I read the description - it said "newly built" and the review was "excellent".
The deal for a superior Queen room was less than RM80.
When we arrived - there was no assistance with my wheel-chair bound husband. No offer to park at the front of the hotel - although there was a handwritten sign that said for Disabled. The space was already taken.
We had to park at the back and make our way on gravelly ground.
"Newly-built" turned out to be a new coat of paint . No wardrobe in the room. The bathroom floor was oddly raised with a kerb, a nightmare for wheelchairs. Trip and fall danger. Not particularly clean. No amenities , save for a soap dispenser of sorts.
Although the photo showed a spacious room, there was hardly any room to wheel the chair around.
No room service. The towels had musty smells and i could only bring myself to use them after airing them.
The hotel gentleman who brought sejadah to the room looked as if he would rather be elsewhere after knocking hard on our door. He was like taken aback when I smiled a thank you.

The room we had has no window and feel it’s a bit damp without air conditioning. It was ok to stay.

服務是入住與離開登記。 不明白床罩也鋪不好。 很奇怪USB 插頭不能充電，顯示有電的，讓我以為我的充電線壞了！
