Amazing
We spent a wonderful weekend here with our family – my wife, my son, and I. This was our third stay at this hotel over the past three years, and once again, it exceeded our expectations.
The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was simple but fresh, tasty, and exactly what we needed to start the day.
What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its staff. I believe his name was Edris, who was at the reception desk. He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. I asked if it was possible to have a coffee machine in our room, and he immediately arranged one for us at no extra charge. Small gestures like this make a huge difference and show how much the team genuinely cares about its guests.
What more can I say? We will definitely be back next year, or the year after. My wife and especially my son absolutely love this place. The swimming pool is fantastic, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the entire hotel is simply wonderful.
As I mentioned in my previous review, this remains one of the very best hotels in Gozo.
Thank you to the entire team for your hard work, your kindness, and for always going the extra mile to make your guests feel welcome and happy. We truly appreciate everything you do.

Underwhelming
Allocated a very small double room. Small balcony window which was overlooking a tiny yard and overlooked by everyone else's balcony and served really as a smoking area for other rooms. Rooftop pool was across the street but was tiny! More of a plunge pool approx 6m by 4m, 1.1m deep. Definitely not big enough to swim. No pool.towels just a few dusty sun loungers.
Staff, when you see them, very nice and room and communal areas were spotless.
Breakfast is basic. Not sure if this is really a hotel??? No restaurant, bar, lobby and reception service.
On line check in is a nuisance.

The room was very big for 3 persons, we had 2 double beds. The room and all the common areas are very clean. Breakfast was good. Pool very small compared to the number of Rooms. There is no Restaurant or Bar in the Hotel so I suggest that a Vending Machine with some drinks and snacks will be available near the Breakfast Area.

Sweet and sour
I booked suite with Plunge pool, the room was spacious enough very clean, I arrived there around 1;45 pm the receptionist was very kind and he said still early to check in but the room is ready i will let you in with master code and then i will receive the code by 3pm fair enough, I was so happy at the first 4 hours and I enjoyed the pool, relaxed, watching the TV then issues, started in the middle of watching a movieThe TV screen went dark! I then suggested that it might need to restart, but it didn't work, and when it was time to leave, my hair was still damp and my hair dryer wasn't working. I also couldn't use the Dolce Gusto coffee maker! I requested the iron and iron board when I made my reservation, and I was charged €3.00 even though I wasn't in the room.
Naturally, I kept contacting Zzziling about the problem, particularly with the TV, but no one ever showed up to inspect it. They said it would be rectified first thing in the morning, but it wasn't until the evening after 6 p.m., despite numerous communications on WhatsApp and then they gave me a number to contact the technician and I refused its not my responsibility to do so , so they agreed. They then provided me a number to call the technician, but I declined because it wasn't my job, so they agreed. After that, I had to pick up my iron and board from the kitchen before heading out to dinner, but I couldn't find a hair dryer. I was tired of reporting every single problem.
The next day, the breakfast options were very limited. And I said, "Let me have a cappuccino from the machine," but it was just water because the coffee had finished! Another guest and I had to report to the waiter, who handled the situation.
After a long day, hot and fatigued, I returned to the hotel around 3:15 p.m. for a little nap, but my room was not ready! Once again I communicated via WhatsApp and spoke with the receptionist, and I had to wait more than half an hour before being able to use my room.
The next day, I had breakfast outside the hotel shopping complex and I really enjoyed it.
Be advised that there will be no receptionist by 4:00 as it will be self-checking, so if you have an issue, you will have to wait until the next day to have it resolved.
If you are willing to book, be sure that everything works properly; otherwise, you will be dissatisfied and frustrated.
Above all, the hotel is quite clean, although they need more organization on many levels to be near to flawless.
I had my own car ,If you don't you'll need to take a taxi as there aren't any close restaurants or shops. they said there is mini market near by and closes at 7:00.
I won't say don't go there, but make sure everything works, even if you have to call them before booking and after booking to confirm everything is well.
I've been to Gozo many times, and it's a great nice spot to visit and relax, and the Gozitans are kind and cheerful people and I will keep going.

We had a lovely day. I would recommend this hotel. We had a car so it was easy to get around. Very clean and comfortable.
