Average and Just OK

Just completed the stay at this property during a short business trip to Mauritius. The room was kind of dark without proper lighting. There were no basic amenities like slippers, dental kit, comb, shaving kit, etc. I asked for slippers soon after checking in and I didn’t receive them throughout the stay. They provide only one bottle of water. The breakfast had limited options. Dinner menu had very limited vegetarian options. On positive side, the bed was comfortable and offered good sleep quality.

My 2 week stay

The room was and comfortable. The shower was spaceous. The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. Thank you Surikha, Ekeesha and the ever smiling Muhamad.

Joyful Sushi platter

Just had lunch at the Japanese restaurant with my wife for her birthday. The sushi's are one of the best. Pls tell Chef Samuel and head waiter Naweed the i found the name for his new plate below: Masaya" (happy/joyful)
マサヤ盛り (Masaya-mori) — "joyful platter," referencing the Tagalog word for happy — fitting for a birthday dish.

The room was good. Staff were not helpful. Asked for potter while checking out no one came to help. Very poor breakfast choices. First day when we went most of the things had finished.i would suggest better hotel is Preskil island resort than Hennesy park hotel.
