Book this place!!!!
Maria was an absolutely amazing host! The beds were so comfy and cozy. The building is super clean and close to a lot of restaurants including a coffe shop attached with phenomenal food! There is a fantastic pool with an amazing view. I can't wait to book with her again in the future!

Great spot!! Lovely room with a lovely view ® Maria was very helpful and always attentive, the staff very friendly and welcoming. The room has a private balcony that you will definitely enjoy ;)
Only thing I could possibly recommend for improvement is that they install a mini fridge and perhaps a desk with drawers for some extra storage space!

Terrible stay because of loud music
We really looked forward to our stay here, based on previous reviews. Sadly, it was one of our worst hotel experiences ever because of the bar across the street to the east, La Coyota, and others to the west on Tulum. The Coyota doesn't even appear on Google maps when you search for nearby bars!
My spouse couldn't fall asleep until approximately 3 am each morning due to the loud booming music. A fellow guest told us to operate the cooktop's hood fan as a white noise to mask, but it wasn't effective for either of us.
If you are a deep sleeper who can lose consciousness anywhere, you'll probably be fine here. For anyone else, I recommend looking carefully elsewhere and verifying if any bars or clubs are nearby.
This is a lovely, clean, well maintained new building with spacious fully equipped apartments. They also provided a really nice continental breakfast, a rooftop pool as well as gym. The staff are all welcoming, helpful and friendly.
But when a guest cannot get decent sleep, the other features are irrelevant.

Exceptional Stay — I Wouldn’t Stay Anywhere Else in Cancun
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Everglades. From beginning to end, the hospitality was truly top-notch. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable.
The property is beautiful, modern, and new, and the suites are exceptionally spacious with outstanding views. The entire property is very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. There is a great pool area with hammocks, a well-equipped gym, and beautiful meeting and common areas throughout the building.
Another thing that sets Everglades apart, though, is the level of hospitality and service. Anything I needed was just a text away. Whether it was extra towels, a question, a special request, or even adjusting my travel dates, the team was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. That level of service made such a difference and made the entire stay feel effortless.
The location is another huge plus. Restaurants, food options, and convenience stores are all within about a block, making it extremely easy to get anything you need without a car. There is also a café downstairs with pastries, hot drinks, and sandwiches, which is wonderfully convenient.
Between the enormous suites, beautiful views, excellent amenities, convenient location, and exceptional hospitality, Everglades exceeded my expectations in every way.
I will not stay anywhere else when traveling to Cancun. If you are looking for a hotel in this area, look no further. I highly recommend Everglades and genuinely look forward to staying here again.
