Comfortable

Large and comfortable bed, room with all spaces, including fridge and coffee table. Always clean sheets and great Cleaning and Hygiene Service. Central location, close to nightlife and main beaches. A flaw is definitely the bathroom, which would be in need of renovation, although it is passable. The hair dryer is missing. Also breakfast was included in the booking, but we were not provided, although they offered to discount it from the price. Old-fashioned reception, slow and cumbersome Check in Service for lack of adequate electronic tools, therefore recommended to bring pesos.

No breakfast but included

Although it was clearly stated that the booking price included breakfast, we got to know that this was not included only when we arrived. They refused to deduct the cost of the breakfast (at their own discretion) from the booking price and so we found another hotel in the same block which, for the same price, gave us delicious breakfast for the lenght of our stay too.

Nice stay

Small hotel in the center of Isla Mujeres, quiet, clean and very well served. Our room was very spacious, with two double beds and a nice terrace. Guests have a complimentary breakfast, which although basic meets very well to start the day. I would repeat the stay without hesitation.

Isla Mujeres playa norte

Playa Norte location. 10min walk from Ferry. Very clean hotel with daily coffee and make your own toast in the morning.
Great proximity to all north end beaches to watch sunrise and sunset. Also very close to one of the best spots on the island to snorkel.
Boutique hotel has 4 floors, and 4 rooms per floor as far as I can tell, no elevator, so be ready to walk up and down stairs. Breakfast is set up on the 2nd floor. Golf cart rental storage is just outside and can be noisy with engine starts and cart pull ins.
Also you have many great food choices within minutes from the hotel from Mexican fare, seafood, and Argentinian food.. yeah who knew.. Mexico is full of Argentines.

Good, but overpriced IMO

Bed was very comfortable. AC worked great. Rooms were clean. Language barrier a definite problem. But I had a Spanish app to try and use. We asked for extra pillows, hangers and beach towels and received them right away. They asked us every day if we wanted our room cleaned. Overall, it was good. Nothing fancy and nothing to really recommend for the price. BEWARE!!! We stayed in the suite on the top floor. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR! ‍lol so climbing the 9 flights of stairs (58 steps) was a bit much. Tjete is a rosery at the top banister which my husband touched and thanked Jesus evetytime he made it to the top.
