Excellent stay in the heart of Marrakech.
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organised. We were warmly welcomed at the airport and driven into the city. Suddenly, the car stopped, and a wheelbarrow appeared beside us. Our luggage was loaded straight in, and we continued on foot through the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square and into the bustling souk, with our suitcases still travelling in style!
A few minutes later, we reached a beautiful door hidden in a small side street. As soon as it opened, we stepped into a peaceful paradise. The contrast between the lively souk outside and the calm atmosphere inside the riad was simply amazing.
The riad was exceptionally clean, the rooms were modern, practical and very comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with advice, recommendations and local tips. They made us feel completely at home. Even the resident tortoises seemed to be there to welcome us!
We were very glad that we stayed for three nights instead of only two. Numa Marrakech is perfectly located in the heart of the souk, yet wonderfully quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

A peaceful oasis in the heart of the Medina
The welcome was friendly and the location was central and surprisingly easy to find. There are plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby, and it's only around 15 minutes walk to the main square where you can pick up a taxi.
Our room was stylish, comfortable and quiet, complete with a small private roof terrace for watching the sunset and the stars. The bathroom was well kitted out and the shower pressure was good, as was the hairdryer.
Worth noting that the riad is quite open, so if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend taking some ear-plugs, just in case of noisier fellow guests.
Breakfast was excellent, with fruit, yogurt, breads and pastries, and eggs available on request. Breakfast also sometimes came with a visit from one of the friendly resident tortoises.
All the staff members were helpful and had great tips and advice on places to visit and restaurants worth going to. They also helped get us through the souk to a taxi to a very early morning flight when we were leaving.
All in all, an excellent base for exploring the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh.

Clean and inside the souk
Large and clean rooms.
It is inside the souk itself, to return at night not recommended... but during the day it is very good.
They don't speak good English... they were wrong to pick us up with the taxi.
