A wonderful well priced riad in a great location

Riad Full Moon exceeded my expectations. It is located in the Kasbah area of Marrakech and within easy walking distance of most of the Marrakech sites. It is very close to the Saadian Tombs and it is a great area of Marrakech. It has a nice vibe, is quieter than the main medina areas but still has plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops.
The riad is very authentic in design and tastefully decorated.
The staff are absolute rightful and nothing is too much trouble.
I got an amazing deal on my room, costing £23 inclusive of breakfast.
Although not huge the room had a double bed and nice furnishings and was positioned at the front of the property. It had a nice bathroom with shower. The WiFi was excellent.
When I returned to the road at the end of my evening out I asked if I could get a drink. The kind gentleman on reception told me it was no problem and he would happily deliver the drink to my room.
He arrived at my room a short time later. He had a tray with a small flask of fresh coffee, a small flask of fresh milk and an array of sweets and biscuits. I was so impressed. It was such a lovely touch and greatly appreciated
Breakfast the following morning did not disappoint either. It was beautifully presented and very generous. The ladies in the kitchen who prepared it were delightful.
The road has a roof terrace and plenty of comfortable places to sit, relax and enjoy your surroundings.
I would definitely stay here again for a short stay. A well priced, great value for money option in a superb location.

A beautiful authentic Riad, clean and quiet staff are very welcoming and kind
Location in the heart of medina kasaba close to everything.
Very delicious Moroccan breakfast.
We spent two pleasant nights.

WE ARE NOT RETURNING.

We felt cheated. We paid for 4 nights and when we arrived we only had one night in that hotel. They took us to another one about which I don't know what to say. Small dirty room, without windows with a bathroom, to say the least. HORRIBLE. We asked for explanations and they told us What is it, they did not refund us the difference of what we paid. THEFT we could say. DECEPTION..

Deception and scam

Disappointingly, the room has nothing to do with the photo, no light, no water pressure, closet held by a piece of paper and door knobs that are left in your hand. Furthermore, as soon as we arrived they told us that they only had a room for 1 night even though we had already paid for 4 nights. The next day we had to go to another Riad which had nothing to do with it, a smaller terrace, a room with two sofa mattresses together full of dust, no window, no light, no closets... We looked and this Riad cost less than half of what we had paid. We tried to request a refund and they did not give us any solution. A theft

Deception and theft.

Disappointment and scam. It's not like the photo, you still make the reservation with payment made and you find that they only have a room for one day and they send you to another Riad which has nothing to do with it and the price is half of this one. Which they are stealing half of what was paid since they have not been able to return even a part. In addition to the inconvenience of having to move to another room that has nothing to do with it, a room without a window, without closets, a bathroom that only one person can enter, two sofa mattresses... A robbery.
