What hospitality!

The owner is a really sweet, nice woman.
I visit many B&Bs and hotels, but this is really the nicest hostess I have experienced so far.
The hotel is old and has its flaws, but I slept and showered well.
And that was the most important thing for me.
They also do not charge the highest price, so you cannot expect a 5 star hotel.

We received a friendly welcome, the room was fine, nice beds and a good shower. Only the curtains really need to be replaced, this is really not possible as you cannot change without being seen from the street. Breakfast was a bit below par, little choice, no fresh milk but long-life and an egg would also be nice, but again friendly staff. Location of hotel is fine

Highly recommend

The staff is super nice and caring! We got some great local recommendations and free breakfast in the morning. The room was big and clean. You can walk into the city easily or use the public transportation.

Worst place to stay

Visited hotel for two days with my wife. Booked thru booking.com. Price really high for this place. Photos at Booking.com are really great, but actually hotel is rubbish. Thin walls, you can even hear your neighbour coughting. Cold rooms. Everything really old and damaged. Bathroom stinks so bad. Towels dirty. Carpet dirty. Honestly, everything is very dirty. Even bad was broken in middle and so dirty. We stayed there just because that was last money, we had no other options to stay. I can rate this hotel only 1 star with big minus. Please dont book this hotel. Worst place to stay in Rotterdam. Dont save little money and take better hotel than this one or stay somewhere under bridge what is better than this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is guys who was somewhere outside bit not at reception. We called to hotels number and he came and opened the door of hotel to us. Than he registered us at hotel. He was really nice guy but I think he was owner of the hotel and thats why he was so nice. Even booking com didnt gave me any chance to rate this hotel. At booking com they have 7+ rating what is really lies. Can rate it only 3/10 if we compare it with some airport or any train station or just staing outside whole night.

Comment hotel,
I am sorry that you had not a nice experience in our hotel. Pictures are exactly how the rooms are. We can not put foto's ore so online when it is not accurate .Guest are giving there opinion and rate's at booking.com, not we or Booking.com just like you did.
Well i have to say that we have refurbished most of the rooms in March. For the rest of the things you have mentioned, i can not speak because you didn't show me this,If you should have let me know,we should have find a good solution immediately.
