Beautiful forest location
The hotel is beautifully situated in the woods. Rooms are dated. Bathroom is outdated and in warm weather it is very warm in the hotel. No air conditioning. To open a window, you have to be creative by placing a water bottle between the window and the rebate.
The breakfast is sufficient. Dinner has a limited choice but is tasty.

Moderate service
Slow service. After half an hour we could place an order. After a long wait, this one came off. We've been about to leave. Messy whole. We wanted to have a four-seater table, we couldn't. Those were for the 3/4 guests. Bland shit. Until the end there were enough tables. Dessert was also agony. In short, bad.

feeling dissatisfied
Booked from 27 to 29 December including breakfast for two adults and two children. Great room and excellent location, but otherwise...
Due to crowds and too few staff, it was announced that reservations could not be made in the restaurant. Unfortunately this was already fully booked....very unfortunate but somewhat understandable. Unfortunately there were no restaurants in the vicinity but we could order all kinds of "bites" in the lounge (according to the website and the staff).
The children had enjoyed themselves in the pool and were hungry. They had dealt with the disappointment that eating in the restaurant was not possible, but we promised them, alternatively, tasty snacks in the lounge. There would be all kinds of things available. Nachos, bitter garnishes, snack boards, etc
In the Lounge the table next to us ordered a drinks board around 6.30 pm and we thought this was a good plan too. An employee of the hotel unfortunately indicated, in poor Polish with a little Dutch dialect (or vice versa) that we could not order anything.??!! Huh... what about the other table...? No, no drinks board, no bitterball...nothing to order...
Because of the language barrier I walked to the reception to get the misunderstanding clear. A very friendly receptionist heard the story and indicated that it would indeed be a misunderstanding and went to get redress in the kitchen. With shame on his jaws, he returned with the news that nothing could indeed be ordered from 6 pm.

It feels like taking a trip back to the 80s
This was an extremely suboptimal experience. The hotel is very dated and the room stank of cigarettes and sweat. We had to open the door for hours to clear the smell out. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was really saggy in the middle and felt like a cot bed.
The restaurant had very poor vegan options. Dinner was a few chopped up vegetables in a mystery sauce. Breakfast was cucumber and tomato. We really didn't enjoy our stay.
