Nice hotell

Nice hotel, greate location, a little disappointing that there is some noise from traffic when in the room

Very nice hotel. brand new. Nice staff and nice rooms. We got a room in 7th floor with the view over Grimstad. Happy with the stay. Recomended.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a clear maintenance issue. In our first room, we noticed water on the floor shortly after checking in. We eventually discovered that it was dripping from the air conditioning system in the hallway area of the room. We requested a room change, but the second room had the exact same problem. The dripping was constant and even made enough noise at night that we had to place a towel on the floor to reduce the sound.
What was most frustrating was that, during checkout, it became apparent that the staff was already aware of this issue and that it affected multiple rooms. Since the hotel is still new, it’s disappointing that such an obvious problem has not been resolved. It’s difficult to understand why guests are charged full rates when a known maintenance issue significantly impacts the comfort of their stay.

Seiling was liking , dripping water , air conditioning was not working, , open kitchen was very close to reception because of that very strong dirty smell all the time . Toilet seat was very bad , very uncomfortable sofa bed , winter quilt was very hot in summer

Comfort Hotel Grimstad was one great hotel,just outside the center. Nice room, clean & nice!
