Staff is very polite, kind, and helpful. The location is great. Internet was great. Free parking. Check in and out is very easy.

Dirty and disgusting

The room was dirty and not properly cleaned. Among other things I found a spider must on the wall, used snus under the bed and a lot of dust and dirt both under the bed, along the lists, on the walls and in the valve. The room simply did not look like it was washed.
There was no staff at the front desk, so we had to call. I got the answer that she herself had checked the room that day and that it was washed (what it impossible could have been done in a long time).
We got a new room after the phone call. It was a little better, but neither was this room properly cleaned.
Nor was there a single employee at the front desk the four days we were there.
Breakfast was completely OK, but there was no marking of the food. This makes it difficult for those with allergies to know what the various things contain.
The hotel was definitely not worth the money and I can't recommend it. Never gonna live here again.

Humid and insecure. Social housing

Worst “hotel” I have hosted. The welcome was drug addicts outside where he was so rushed that he was barely conscious. I called the hotel. They denied that he was a guest there. Although he said his name and which room number he had. Clearly the place rented right to the municipality or similar. We ended up leaving the hotel. It's unpleasant, the toilet was not cleaned. Door into bedroom
Could not be closed for the bed stood in the way. We left and booked a stay at another hotel. Not feeling safe there, we traveled with children. Not recommended! *****!

The room was a good size clean and tidy, the bed was very comfy ,the on suite bathroom was a bit tight for my wife who has standing and walking issues
There is onsite parking which is really good,
The breakfast has room for improvement though ,the fried eggs are like rubber to eat and those sausages are not nice at all, but there is a vast array of very tasty cereal and a great selection of cold meats, cheese and fruit
And they cater for dairy and gluten intolerant dietary needs that my wife has which was excellent
It was very convenient for us as we were visiting a family member in Fredrikstad which is not far from the hotel and no hotel in that area offered free parking with accommodation
Over all our stay was really good

Never again.

Got the feeling of living in a drug institution. Many poisoned residents, a lot of noise both day and night, smoking inside the rooms, garbage outside, and poor cleanliness in the room. Recommend to stay away from the tubes at the bottom of the shower, as these caused burns on the leg.
