Jose, an amigo!

We just happened to be here. And chance would have it that we met Jose. Wonderful person, with great stories. More than a guest, a friend to share a coffee, a beer or a dinner with. José, we will carry you forever in our hearts. Friends of Sardinia: Henry, Marie Antoinette, Nicol, Stefano and Mariella. No more luego, Josè!

Cold and not very clean

Situated a few 100m from the central area, with supermarket and restaurants nearby.
Very friendly welcome, and the gentleman even did our laundry for us and dried it. One of the reasons we chose this place was this laundry facility which we were happy to do ourselves. He then asked us 4 times for a tip for the laundry, which was very annoying. Our ground floor room was very spacious with 3 beds, but VERY cold. They let us use a portable electric radiator which helped to some degree but not much. The kitchen had a good cooker and fridge freezer and a reasonable number of kitchen implements. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were not clean. The shower was only just a medium temperature. WiFi signal good. Although advertised as an apartment, this was more like a studio as anything you cooked was in the same room as your bedroom. Being on the ground floor all access to other studios passed our room, so really noisy. Overall not that clean, cold and just very average value. We would not return or recommend this place.

Great place ,very well located

We've spend 2 nights , and another 3 nights in this appartment block. 2 nights before and 3 nights after thr inca trail. We've found this place to be very well.located close to a.super matket, and close to the historical center. The.ppl weher very friendly. Guillermo speaks very good english, and his father Jose who lives thers helps with everything. Such friendly ppl, makes the stay very relaxing. One of the apartments has a nice rooftop view iver cusco, and good kitche clean bathroom woth hot water..

Great location.

Group of 10 travelers. 2 families with adult children. Very warm welcome from staff and the one gentleman spoke great English. Because we were a big group we rented the upstairs for 6 and the downstairs for 4. The place was clean. Limited stay here as we flew out the next morning. The hosts helped us get taxis for 430 am and were there to get us when the taxi arrived. Very good place to stay the night.

Great location and friendly service ...

Our group of 10 spent one night at the apartment ... arriving from Ollantaytambo in the late afternoon and flying out early the following morning. We received a very warm welcome and they happily organized cabs for our airport transport for the following morning. The rooms were clean and the shower was hot. We didn't utilize the kitchen as we were only there for one evening and we ate out. We were warm and comfortable and the apartment is located a short walk from the heart of Cusco. They were up to see us off on in our cabs. We were happy with our stay.
