Good location and Service. Bed could be softer.

The hotel is located very convinently near the central plaza and walkable to many things and good restaurants. The hotel is clean and good atmosphere. Breakfast was a bit limited in protein choices. Mainly eggs most days with one other protein on occasion. Overall good, and it opens really early for those excursion days. Service was great. The luggage handler, Willie, was always attentive and friendly. I really appreciated his service when we checked in and out or had stuff to carry.
We stayed in two rooms. One before Machu Picchu and another after. The one before was extremely small. The bed was tiny for 2 people and the way the room was arranged, you could barely move around to get to the bathroom. The room we stayed in after, the matrimony room, was much larger and spacious. Much more comfortable and reasonable for American tourists. The only con for both rooms is that the bed are very very firm. If you are a side sleeper, expect to wake up with aches. I also wish they had modern outlets on both sides of the beds so each person can charge their phones at night easier.

Great location!

The location was very convenient and close to Plaza de Armas. There are many comfortable sitting areas in the lobby, which was nice while waiting for tour pickups. Breakfast starts early, which was also nice for tour days with early start times. The rooms were a bit inconsistent, but always clean. Our first stay was for double occupancy, and the room was very small and had a full size bed. Our second stay, we had the matrimonial room, which was probably 3X the size of our previous room, and it only cost about $5 USD more per night. Absolutely worth it. Hotel staff was accommodating, and Willie/William was very helpful with bags.

Cosy hotel
