iFANTASTICO!

Often Traveling as I do, I’m never certain of what I’m getting into with overnights; I absolutely rely on reviews. It was no different with this (fine) hotel. First, the cabbie (he was a bit dodgy anyway...) did not know about it (thankfully, the receptionist clarified with him after I called) and, two, the stairwell leading to the second floor entrance (scary for me because I’ve, unfortunately too many times, made such ascents just to be told “NO!” Despite having guaranteed reservations.
After having made the climb, I was extremely pleased! This excellent overnight certainly has my “iWheel of Approval!”

Lovely hotel great value

Stayed for one night as an overnight stop before travelling on to Arequipa. Hotel itself is lovely, modern rooms with ensuite and comfy beds and best of all, a big Samsung smart tv complete with Netflix and cable channels. The hotel staff are lovely, ordering us a taxi to a nearby restaurant, and allowing us to Whatsapp them when we are finished to book a return. Would definitely recommend if you are in tacna!

Habitación matrimonial

Uno de los mejores hostales, además de muy lujoso y cómodo. Además que el desayuno es excelente y a una hora agradable. Un detalle es que se escucha lo de las otras habitaciones, pero es muy poco. Recomendable !

Habitaciones bonitas, servicio regular

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y bonitas, buenos implementos y todo muy limpio; sin embargo debe mejorar el servicio, y especificar que la cochera está a cuadra y media del hostal... lo cual es algo importante a recalcar.

Buena habitacion, servicio mediocre

Más que hostal funciona como hotel.
Excelente habitación espaciosa y cama muy cómoda.
Ducha con agua tibia casi fría, baño con pésima acústica, lavamanos se encuentra fuera al.lado de la puerta de la habitacion.
Servicio de baja calidad, consultamos por lavanderia y nos señalaron que podían gestionar el.mismo, al llevar la ropa nos dijeron que no se podía y que ya no conocían ninguna lavandería. Teníamos poco tiempo ya era de noche y tuvimos que tomar un taxi y preguntarle al chofer que nos llevara a una lavandería. Nuestra sorpresa es que en plaza cella estaba llenas de lavandería y que ofrecían retiro y entrega.
Si un hotel se encuentra en la categoria servicio, como es posible que no manejen información para brindar un buen servicio? La lavandería es fundamental en los alojamientos, al menos gestionarla.
Desayuno bajísimo, muy básico.
Decidimos irnos y cambiarnos de hotel.
