Perfecto para la zona

Ubicado a media cuadra de la plaza Bolognesi y a tres cuadras de la Plaza Mayor. Los precios varían de si deseas contar en tu habitación con aire acondicionado o ventilador. El desayuno continental está incluido. La atención del personal en general es muy cordial, pero sobresalen la señorita Evelyn de Recepción y la señora del desayuno, cuyo nombre no recuerdo. Perdón! También ofrecen coordinaciones con empresas de guiado turístico por si deseas tomar un tour. Buena decoración y limpieza también. Muy detallistas a la hora de hacer la habitación. Recomendado. Good enough!

No bueno.

Lesson learned! Without inspecting my room, I paid for 2 nights. When I got into my room, though it was a cool night, I immediately started sweating. I decided to wash up, but there was no soap. I went downstairs for soap. Later I realized there was no toilet paper. I called for that. Then I realized that the promised wifi didn't work in the room. After many trips up and down the four flights of stairs, the concierge eventually agreed that it didn't work. I went downstairs and told them I would stay the night, but wanted my money returned for the second day. I would be leaving in the morning. This instigated an hour-long argument between me and three staff members, including a manager. The manager told me, by phone, he'd pay me in cash the next morning when I checked out. This turned out to be true, except that the woman working the desk paid me 26 Peruvian Nuevo Sol instead of USD, roughly 1/3 of what I was owed. Luckily I only lost a handful of dollars in the exchange, but clearly this is not somewhere you want to do business.

NO ALIMENTOS

Es increíble que me prohibieran subir mi cena, alimentos, etc. No lo recomiendo y los baños de los pisos superiores son panorámicos ( te ven orinar) . Ya no entregan toallas. He viajado a todos los departamentos del Perú por muchos años y en distintos hospedajes y aún me queda el fastidio que este no permita ingresar alimentos.... No vale el precio

Buen lugar, no pidan las habitaciones de las ventanas el ruido de las motos es horrible

Es un buen lugar limpio y comodo, los precios son acorde al hotel y a lo que el huesped desee, ofrecen desayuno que estubo rico no abundante pero rico.
En la recepcion la chica que nos atendio muy cordial y atenta.
Esta cerca de las plazas y un mall, el parqueadero es muy estrecho pero sirvio que es lo importante, dispone de aghua caliente y todo lo necesario para una buena noche.

Hotel 3 estrellas

Hotel muy limpio y cómodo si es que no estás al lado de la avenida.
Cuenta con aire acondicionado, punto muy importante en tumbes.
Lo malo: el estacionamiento, es muy dificil de aparcar.
Lo bueno es que está cerca a la plaza y varios lugares de comida.
