Hotel was centrally located, and the front desk was amazing, helping us organize tour at very reasonable prices (from what i could tell, they didn't receive any kickbacks), including a 5hrs horse ride (which i would not recommend for beginners, haha), a reliable airport pick-up that would stop at Cusco archeological site, Chinchero, Maras, Moray. They also have a beautiful terrace. The breakfast was a bit smaller, but sufficient to get started. Just wished the hour would end at 9am instead of 8am, but for sure not a deal breaker.

The room was very clean and we had hot water for our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious and the location is walkable to everything. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed watching the World Cup games with staff.

An easy place to love ❤️
We never planned to stay 10 days in Ollantaytambo but it's an easy place to love and a hard place to leave. Juan, Elsa and the crew at the Intitambo Hotel looked after us beautifully. We loved our rooftop terrace with views of the Inca fortress. Juan was great with advice regarding the many local walks. It's a small village and it's real charm lies in the historic Inca network of pedestrian streets. We ate in many places and didn't find a bad meal anywhere. There are a bunch of excellent restaurants. Breakfasts at the Intitambo were great, the showers were good, the beds comfortable. We loved it.

Simply the best! Great location, the most helpful and friendly staff, the facilities were impeccably clean, and the breakfast was wholesome! I will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area!

Small boutique neat, clean, tidy hotel
This small hotel is kept neat, clean and tidy. Since it is a small hotel, it has only a few staff members. They were helpful. Reaching the hotel by taxi was a little hard as one had to climb steps from car park. Once at the hotel, there is another shorter way to reach the square. This is quite manageable. I had a comfortable stay. Since this place gets cold, the hotel had kept good quality blankets in the room. The hot water in the bathroom worked 24x7. Breakfast had a very nice spread for a small hotel.
