I don’t usually write reviews, but I really loved my stay and wanted to leave one.
Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and every request was handled quickly and efficiently.
The accommodation was clean, cool, and had everything we needed. The breakfast and coffee provided were excellent, and the kitchen facilities were great as well.
Also, when the elevator broke down, the staff kindly carried all of our heavy luggage for us. I really appreciated their help and felt both very grateful and sorry for the extra trouble.
Thank you for making my stay in Lisbon such a wonderful memory. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very glad we have stayed here with the family. Team looked after us extremely well - prepared the cot, baby chair, even a bath for a baby to bath. Little things but they make such a difference!
Great central location, nice space inside, fresh baled goodies for breakfast delivered to the door. Superb and well done!

We had a wonderful stay with very flexible and responsible host. Cleaning was every day, as well as fresh bread and buns. We could even left our bags at the reception after check out as we had pretty late flight back home, which we really appreciated.

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Easy check in, beautiful clean apartment, and guest services was super easy to deal with and kind. The breakfast we paid extra for was well worth it, especially with having a little one and taking the stress of having to get items. That even left snacks for the little one on the high chair they provided. Would stay again in an instant. Loved it!

Excellent place to stay

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property and could not be happier with the experience. The apartments are very spacious and well appointed. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The cleaning was impeccable and the staff always made sure we had everything we needed, including fresh coffee.
The location is also excellent. You are right in the heart of everything, which made exploring the city effortless.
Overall, the service, the comfort, and the attention to detail made this a memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!
