Lovely hotel

Excellent hotel, we are very satisfied with the service. The rooms are clean, equipped as described, with a small balcony. Insect protection nets on the window. Good heating in the room. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi with hot water are beautiful, clean hot water, there are changing rooms, toilets, free for hotel guests. Free parking inside the hotel yard. The location is good, just a few minutes by car to the center. The breakfast is basic, but has everything you need from food, fruit, as well as coffee and juices. The staff is very friendly. All recommendations.

Horible

Loudy, bathroom dirty, at breakfast you didn’t had to eat…. Just some chesse, not even vegetables, the room had a baddd smell like the window was not even opend. So don”t come here , it’s to expensive for what they offer. Am the note on booking and tripadvisor si to high for this cheap hotel

everything is fine with this hotel except for some of the staff members working at the reception that are extremely rude and unprofessional, improper conduct, idiotic language, unfriendly attitude and above all a total disrespect for customers

Almost a 5* hotel & spa

Short stop with my lady and little boy to this lovely exclusive 4/5 stars hotel and spa and honestly we were not overall dissapointed as the services were amazing ,room big enough ,and clean and welcoming ,the pool warm and cozy,maybe with a little observatio n: maybe it should be a little place fie the little ones to swim ,but thats a subiective opinion .Staff very helpfull and lovely ,but my concern came the lovely breakfast like eggs or sausages or veggies were very cold .Thats unacceptable for such a place .That is the reason my opinion this place has the potential of a great place but these details must be improved .Till the next time .Thank you for having us .

I used to visit the Spa of this Hotel many times in the past so i noticed some staff members and spa customers have a rude attitude and improper conduct.
For example inappropriate remarks in public, rude language and no consideration for Public Swimming Pool Rules.
