Beautiful and well done hotel
Beautiful environment, clean, and nicely curated! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the Soca valley! You can tell it’s been recently constructed or renovated, and the reception does their best to go the extra mile. Appreciated the local ingredients in the food basket.

Nice location, friendly staff, but value for money absolutely not in balance
We stayed here for five nights. The apartments enjoy a beautiful location, just off the Soča River and in the middle of the mountains. The studio we had was modern and well equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nevertheless, our stay was disappointing in a number of important respects. We had booked this apartment just because of the presence of a sauna and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi turned out to be defective during our stay. If we had known that beforehand, we would probably have chosen another accommodation. Although we received our apologies during the stay, no form of compensation was offered. In addition, the apartments are very noisy. From our studio on the ground floor we heard every movement and virtually every chair shifted above us. The bed was also disappointing: this turned out to be a narrow sofa bed that did not sleep comfortably.
Given the very high price – we paid €340 per night – we think this is really insufficient. For Slovenia that is a substantial amount, and then you can expect that the basic services are in order and that the sleeping comfort is good.
In short: a nice location, a modern apartment and friendly staff, but the value for money we found absolutely not in balance.

Great Location In Soca River Valley
Really nice, efficient and well designed rooms. Everything was super clean and the location is excellent if you want to hike, bike, and explore the Soca River Valley. Staff was nice and enjoyed the amenities in the room. It was great to use a washing machine mid trip. They offer eBikes to use and have a jacuzzi and sauna that is very clean. I almost didn’t stay because of the Murphy bed in the studio, but it was very comfortable with nice bedding. Well equipped kitchen too. Sitting in the sun on the porch late afternoon was fantastic was the beautiful mountains all around. Everything was perfect for us. The only criticism is you can here the guests in the room above and the price is high, but you are on vacation and the place is spotless and in a great location. I would recommend.

Brand new pet friendly structure
Brand new structure with all comforts. The room was clean and well equipped. The folding bed is comfortable. The breakfast basket contains selected local products, which we appreciated very much. There is a cute common sauna with view to the surrounding mountains. The staff is very kind; they could give us many tips about activities and restaurants in the area. Pet friendly.

Relax in nature
The room was wonderful and spotless!
Functioning and well-equipped kitchen.
Excellent quality bed linen and towels
The breakfast basket they bring the first morning is very good and plentiful.
It's a shame that the hydromassage was out of order during the days we were in this residence.
The staff is very kind and very willing to give advice on activities to do in the surrounding area
