Avoid at all cost! More a 2/3 hotel not 4!
Air con doesn’t work in most rooms not just ours.. hot smelly rooms at night. We had no electricity in our room for two nights not just us but reception lady just kept saying sorry nothing she can do but it was fixed after two nights no lights or power at all. A sewage smell kept coming into our room mainly at night. The food well don’t even bother very poor all of it worst I’ve ever seen in an all inclusive even for non fussy eaters! It’s definitely not a 4star hotel! The lifts kept on breaking down. You can’t take drinks out the canteen if you want a drink in the bars you pay extra. The drinks coffee, juices taste of chlorine. Don’t be fooled by the adults only it’s more an 18-30s hen or stag type of hotel. The cleaners and maintenance man was nice but the hotel staff was not really friendly and didn’t want to help when there were problems. Overall terrible place complete waste of money for us.

More disappointing than convincing
The food is rather average for a 4-star hotel. We can only speak about breakfast because we had only booked breakfast. It was the same every day; only 1-2 types of sausage were swapped out the following day. We also had the feeling that the fruit had partially been sitting cut for 1 day or longer, meaning it was served again from the previous day, as it partially tasted sour. By and large, we were more disappointed than convinced. I would NOT recommend this hotel.
