Excellent and we will repeat

My two teenage children and my husband went. I recommend it for several reasons.
1 pre-installation of air conditioning very comfortable.
2. Location 10 minutes from the beach.
3. It is connected to the hotel next door and you can use the pool on the top floor.
4 We took a one-bedroom apartment comfortable mattresses and the kids' sofa bed comfortable.
5. They came to clean every day, very attentive to us. A shower door broke and the cleaning person notified them so they would come to fix it.
6. They have shower gel and shampoo in the showers and dish soap with sponges and dishes.
7. Very friendly service.
We had a great time and will definitely return.

No hesitation staying here again should we be in the area.

Fantastic, Professional Welcoming, Reception Team. Very nice Apartment clean and well equiped for our needs. Housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful and the standard of cleaning a credit to them. Underground parking available at a reasonable rate

We did not get the reservation right

The apartment was not what we expected but commenting on it in management its director Raul apologized and tried to find solutions to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They invited us to dinner and gave us the parking for the whole week. We will not repeat that particular apartment because it is not what we wanted (I think we threw off when we made the reservation on Booking) but we will come back and look for another stay from the same chain. This time the reservation will be made directly with Raul so as not to commit horrors. Raul and all his team very professional and attentive

Well equipped appartment. Very clean, spacious and everything working.

Arrived around noon, check-in is from 3pm, receptionist was lovely and friendly, allowed us to check in and leave our bags securely and go for an explore and she rang me when the room was ready. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly.
Our apartment was large, with a small kitchenette and a fairly sunny terrace just off the main street.
Location was great, quiet at night, a decent Día supermarket a few minutes walk away. Town centre another 20 minutes away, lovely stretch of beach 10 minutes walk.
It is a traditional Spanish town, a lot of locals don't speak much, if any, English, but if you make the effort to say a few words, ( I am slowly learning Spanish) they do appreciate your effort.
We had a very relaxing week, the town was quiet, a lot of bars and restaurants only open at the weekend, until the season starts, but we cooked simple meals and ate on our terrace.
Would definitely stay here again.
