Unbeatable service and magnificent facilities.
Hello, the first thing is to acknowledge the kindness, attention, and humanity that Juan and Cristina demonstrate when it comes to making our existence in their home comfortable and pleasant. Thank you. It is a real luxury and a privilege to have shared those moments with them. Both at check-in and at breakfast, or even when saying goodbye, they offer a close, direct, and familiar treatment that puts you at ease and makes you enjoy their splendid residence even more.
Regarding the property, both the accommodation building and the breakfast building are designed with every detail in mind. The garden surrounding both buildings is beautiful and offers spectacular views of Luanco and the coast thanks to the complex's privileged location. Those views can also be enjoyed from the magnificent rooms, which allow you to enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
The cleanliness and condition of the facilities are worth mentioning, as well as countless details, among which I would highlight the "rest" areas (they even have a terrestrial telescope for observing the coastline), both indoors and outdoors, and the two specific garden areas for the rooms on the ground floor. And a tranquility that envelops you.
Magnificent private outdoor parking at the entrance of the property, although you have to be a little careful when accessing it as the road is somewhat narrow (Juan warns you about this beforehand and it is greatly appreciated), and a location that allows you to walk down to the center of Luanco in 10 minutes or to the beach in 15 minutes. A real luxury.
And regarding the breakfast, which although I leave for last, could perfectly well have been the main subject (after the personal treatment, without a doubt). It is not even necessary to ask them for what you want; they offer it to you, no matter how many times it is necessary. Wonderful toast (available in two types of bread), orange juice, tea, coffee, cocoa, assorted fruit, freshly cooked dishes, freshly made pastries, etc... and they have a fridge-freezer at your service where you can keep your drinks and food refrigerated until your daily departure. And they always remind you that the bottles of cold water are there for you to take up to your room or take with you on a trip or excursion, as many as you need.
Perhaps I have gone on a bit, but it is worth sharing this experience when it is so satisfying.
To enjoy it and come back again. Without a doubt.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, with a picturesque and delightful view of the beautiful city of Luanko. There is an absolutely peaceful, serene, calm homely atmosphere here. The owners of the hotel, Juan and Alexia, are very attentive, helpful, and hospitable, and we are very grateful to them for everything!!! We also want to mention Esther (Juan's assistant) separately. ; - "Esther, thank you so much for everything, you are just a wonderful person !!!"

A last minute booking that became an unforgettable holiday
We cannot recommend Juan and Alexia highly enough. We booked at the last minute and arrived a little apprehensive — but any doubts disappeared almost immediately.
The house is absolutely immaculate. Perfectly furnished, spotless, and the views of northern Spain are simply spectacular. Five stars in every sense.
What truly sets this place apart is the hosts themselves. Juan and Alexia made us feel completely at home from the very first moment. They offered us lifts to the town, suggested wonderful things to do and see, and took a genuine interest in us and our days. The breakfasts were excellent, and their warmth and hospitality were felt equally from them both throughout our entire stay.
What started as a last minute option became a holiday we will never forget. We would return without hesitation.
