Nous sommes toutefois désolés que l’emplacement de votre chambre à proximité des ascenseurs ait occasionné une gêne. Nous comprenons tout à fait que les éventuels bruits liés aux passages puissent être dérangeants, et nous vous remercions pour cette remarque. Lors d’un prochain séjour, n’hésitez pas à nous faire part de votre préférence pour une chambre plus éloignée des ascenseurs lors de votre réservation : nous ferons bien entendu notre possible pour répondre à votre demande, selon les disponibilités.
Concernant votre remarque sur les services de restauration, nous souhaitons apporter une petite précision. Notre établissement dispose bien d’un snack-bar, proposant une sélection de boissons et de petites options de restauration. Celui-ci est toutefois fermé pendant le mois d’août pour des raisons d’organisation liées à la période estivale. Nous regrettons que cette fermeture ait pu limiter vos possibilités de restauration durant votre séjour et vous remercions de votre compréhension.
Par ailleurs, la fermeture de plusieurs restaurants situés aux alentours de l’hôtel pendant le mois d’août est malheureusement une situation assez fréquente à Madrid, de nombreux établissements profitant de cette période pour prendre leurs congés annuels. Nous comprenons néanmoins parfaitement que cela puisse être moins pratique pour nos clients séjournant dans la ville à cette période.

It doesn't make sense not to have iron table or a simple iron for your guests to take to the room instead of a ironing room .

Always happy to return
We returned yesterday and love this hotel. All the employees are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful. There is everything: eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, cereals, plenty of bread, croissants, cakes, cold cuts and cheese, yogurt, and also tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. The coffee machine is also good, and you can also have tea.
I find the salamander for the bread amusing, but you must stand by it, otherwise the bread will burn!
The hotel is located right at the Metro station Piramides, which makes it very easy to get into the city.
Our room had a large bed (about 1.80 meters wide) with a large comforter and an extra sheet for covering.
You have to get the air conditioning under control; we managed to do that on the second evening :)
The bathroom was very nice; there is shower gel and shampoo in the shower.
Here follows a small critique: The dispensers are not optimally placed; when you want to pump the dispenser, there is not enough space for your hand underneath.
But that is really complaining at a high level.
All in all, we felt very comfortable there and would gladly return.

Comfortable, good breakfast, connected to all of Madrid.
Excellent hotel. Next to the L5 Pirámides metro and the Príncipe Pio Cercanías station. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, and very friendly staff, in a very nice neighborhood.
