Stayed here for a visit to the Madrid Open tennis. Arrived at 12.30 & staff were very friendly letting me check in immediately before heading to stadium. Uber was €6.50 each way & was really quick. AC was nice & cool. Free bag of sweets. Would be better if there was some water provided, only way to get this is vending machine at reception lobby. Same with tea/coffee.

It is impossible to sleep due to noise and music from events.

It is impossible to sleep; there are events with very loud music that prevent you from falling asleep, which is disappointing.

Shameful mob only lets food into rooms to companies that suit the hotel

I find it shameful, that they only allow food to be uploaded to the room only if ordered through Tele Pizza.
If I ask Globo as is my case, they won't let her go upstairs having to go downstairs to get her at reception.
I think it's a mafia that only food is allowed to go up to the rooms to whom it suits you, because you're paid a percentage of the sale or whatever.
I don't understand that they have the luxury of deciding who goes upstairs and who doesn't go upstairs.
This is an abuse, which only causes inconvenience for guests.
Please withdraw a rule that only benefits you and Tele Pizza.

Excellent Hotel on the outskirts of Madrid

An excellent Hotel on the outskirts of Madrid with great comfort, very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet and a most professional and friendly staff

Recommended!

The hotel is located just outside, but there is plenty of free parking here. However, there is hardly any infrastructure around the hotel, such as restaurants and supermarkets. The room was good. A small fridge was in the room. Breakfast was plentiful.
