Some nice food and great options if in the mood for asian or salads
Beach house is one of our regular as the food can be fantastic. The reason for a 4* is that we have had a couple occasions when the consistensy in quality lacked a bit and the service can go from super friendly to slightly less personable. However the food is usually very good and its a great option if you want a broader choice of dishes. It is a good place to find Asian options and they have a great salad menu, both type of foods that are quite rare to find in typical Spanish restaurants. Sometimes after days or weeks of typical Spanish cuisine it is nice to find something a place that offers a wide range of different dishes like burgers, Asian or Mexican…

A haughty and very rude waiter.
We went to dinner on 09/08/2025 at Beso Beach, in Sitges, inside the ME hotel in Meliá. When we arrived, the first contact was dry and the treatment unpleasant. We were going to dinner and then watch the Kool & The Gang concert. We really wanted to have a good time and tried not to make negative evaluations after the first interaction with the waiter, who if I remember correctly is called Toni.
In a couple of minutes he brought us the letter and, when he returned after a short time, we asked for a moment more because we were considering different options. His answer was dry: that when we had decided we would look for him. We felt that, as a waiter, he should have been the one to return shortly, not the other way around.
Taking rating, we asked him about the taste of croquettes. He told us there were two guys; we said “ham”, but at that moment he turned to talk to another waiter and didn’t listen. When he looked at us again, he asked us again for the taste, but abruptly.
Later, when choosing dessert, we ordered one called “Chocolate orgasm”. There were six people and we discussed between us whether to order a pair to share. Barely three seconds had passed and, in a very polite way, he told us: “Come on, I’m waiting!”
The treatment was haughty, in few ways, totally inappropriate for someone who works for the public. Plus, they got the bill wrong, adding a drink we hadn't ordered. We told him about it and he withdrew it, but the experience was already ruined.
We will not return or recommend this restaurant, because there is the possibility of meeting a waiter like this again: haughty, rude and unworthy of Customer Service. A real shame.

Fantastic food, dreadful service
Fantastic food, dreadful service.
Thirteen years in Sitges and we have been to BH on and off, always wanting to give it another chance. The food has always been excellent but the service has always been fairly poor. Lovely American waiter on last visit but utterly, utterly miserable and, honestly, offensively rude waitress serving us drinks when it wasn't too much trouble. I said this last time and reneged, but I don't think we will be coming back.
While not an issue, an hour and twenty is also a fairly long time for starters to arrive. I very nearly ate my napkin.

Worst service ever!
Worst service ever! Food quite nice though.
A nice restaurant ambiance but these people really do not know what they are doing!
Our experience in a few bullitpoints:
- Waiters didn’t pay attention at all. Long time waiting for drinks. Drinks being served at wrong table. Not knowing wether they already drank something of it, still giving it to us.
- Got wrong drinks. We asked for the drinks we ordered. The nose pierced bartender himself came to us and he was actually telling us not to complain.
- There was a clearly sick waitress who was coughing in her shirt all the time and actually coughed in our necks a few times.
- Although we waited quite a while for our food, we didn’t get the time to finish it. A waiter came and just took a full plate of fries away because he… I really don’t know! After taking everything away he asked if we were finished.
- Music was loud!
- We asked for the bill. Cash machine was, sort of thrown on the table, only thing that was said: Pay with card?
If you like to be treated in a very bad and rude way. You surely most go. Otherwise… you should try one of the amazing restaurants Sitges has!

Overpriced
Been here some years back and remember why we didn’t like it. Pricy pricy pricy. We had breakfast and almost 40 euros. You can Get a lot better a lot cheaper. They also have lunch and dinner - but again overpriced.
