Clean and nice staff

Everything was phenomenal, clean, good service from the staff, easy arrival, parking, restaurant, everything perfect

Abysmal hygiene, it doesn't even reach 1 star.

Very cold service from the start; upon entering our room, to our surprise, the hygiene was abysmal, and to top it off, when opening the bathroom, we found the toilet bowl stained...
They simply cleaned the toilet bowl for us and that was it, with an incredible coldness in their treatment, without apologies or anything of the sort. Abysmal.

Disappointed with the value for money

I have had problems with the air conditioning, the shower dropped, the cupboards left and the room very old. Expected more for a 4*

It has one star too many

Cleaning in some rooms is poor. It needs renovation, especially the furniture and the flooring in some rooms. Breakfast is okay, but the food runs out and they do not replenish it. Far from the center, but it is necessary if you have a car or want to save on Santiago prices

I do not plan to return

Hotel that does not deserve 4 stars, the room had air conditioning that made a horrible noise or could be turned on, and the double bed was horrible, it looks nothing like what they advertise on the internet.
