This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. -If you smoke in the property there will be a penalty of 200 EUR applied -If you leave garbage in the property a penalty of 50 EUR will be applied -If the oven is left unclean a penalty of 50 EUR will be applied. -If an extra guest non registered in the reservation a penalty of 50 EUR per guest and per night + the difference in the change of the reservation will be applied. -200 EUR Fee of no responsable use of electricity or if you leave the property with A/C turned on will be applied. - Late departure after the maximum time indicated in the advertisement is subject to a penalty of €50 for each hour of delay in checking out.
