Decent hotel, but there are things to improve...
On the positive side, the hotel is well-located, close to a shopping center and public transport, the hotel is fairly clean, and the reception is open 24/7.
On the negative side, the soundproofing is poor; you can hear the elevator all the time, even at night, even when the room is far away, it’s unbearable. You can also hear the noise from the road because the windows are not effective enough, and finally, you can hear the showers of the neighbors next door, which is quite bothersome.
Regarding the supply of coffee and other items, by the second day, only one decaf was provided instead of two, no herbal teas or tea, and no more cookies. Additionally, one of the liquid soaps in the sink was not working and was never replaced...
No Chromecast on the TV, weak Wi-Fi, and foreign channels are almost nonexistent...
In conclusion, a decent hotel but rather cold with things to improve; I’m not sure I would return...

Amazing! What a find. The staff were delightful and the room was fantastic. Very chic and felt 4 star. We had a front facing room so you could hear traffic but it wasnt disruptive at all. We will definitely be back.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was spotless and shower was amazing. Toilet roll was only 2 ply but there were spare rolls. There was a coffee machine and kettle. Take your own milk, tea and mugs if you're British. Hotel was in a great location. Bus stop was outside the hotel and Roig arena was a 1 minute walk
