Birthday in Sri Lanka
The bedrooms are large and airy and clean.
Having the pool to use after a hot day was wonderful.
The staff were all warm, kind and welcoming.
Amantha was amazing and very helpful.
My birthday celebration was made special by the whole team.

While we’re glad you found the room clean, we sincerely apologize for the condition of the bathroom and the issues you encountered. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain. Your comments regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall condition of the room have been taken very seriously and shared with our housekeeping and engineering teams for immediate review and corrective action.
We also regret that the room view and features did not meet your expectations. Guest comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and we are disappointed that we fell short during your stay.
