Not fully thought out

Unfortunately did not live up to our expectations, when you paid over 3000 SEK for one night. Chaos at breakfast. The hotel guests wandered around without finding what they wanted for breakfast. Usually drink a glass of orange juice for breakfast. There was no one here. A sign said there was a shortage. Couldn't they have gone to ICA and bought? Everything warm, like scrambled eggs and bacon etc., was served in small pots with lids. Small signs with unreadable text (for me) told me what was in the pot. Unfortunately, there was hardly any place to put the lid when you found something you wanted.
In the room there was no sink in the toilet, instead it was in the room. Didn't feel good. Personally, I like to brush my teeth privately, without disturbing others who are in the room. The minibar was a small basket that had a sign that said "minibar". It contained some bottles. If you wanted something cold, you had to go and change one of the bottles. Wouldn't it be easier if you just went to the bar? The purpose of a minibar is not to leave the room? I guess some of this was an attempt to be environmentally friendly, which is good. Unfortunately, the customer benefit was probably forgotten.

Nice location and nice restaurant. Nice staff at the restaurant. But the staff at the front desk ruined for our experience and gave us a very bad final impression. It didn't seem like they had any interest in the guests, giving an absolute minimum. Only stands to chat with each other and do not hesitate to accommodate requests that could easily have been solved. The poor service they provided was in strong contrast to the other friendly people and hotels we have visited on the west coast of Sweden. Would like to come back to the area, but not to this hotel.

Went here for spa and treatment / massage but there was not a single time for the whole 5 days and then it was also closed Monday and Tuesday or no times at all. The person in charge was not even committed and trying to help and solve.

A warm stay

It hurts a little that even though I tell you that the ventilation in the room is broken, nothing or no feedback is done at all. Room 327 is nice but unbearably hot. Denounces this again at check-out and gets a "wow".
