A must stay location

Fantastic location with great food & the staff are amazing. Stayed here many times & it never disappoints. Looking forward to returning next year

Terrible Management Not worth the stay

Terrible experience with management. really poor service. Arrogant and very unhelpful .. never book this hotel . Even when you call they don't answer or provide no assistance

Tradition with style and charm

The hotel with a long tradition has been shamefully preserved and expanded. We received a pleasant, large room. Our concerns about street noise proved unfounded. At night it is absolutely quiet and we were able to recover well. The dining rooms in Arve are homely, the food and Service highly professional. Be sure to take a look at the old guest books! We thank Mrs Lanz for her attention and good humour. It was an all around great stay.

A wonderful guest experience

I was allowed to spend one night in this house as part of a group trip (unfortunately only). If you can say "Here it is, I suppose!" after a night, that actually says it all. Despite late arrival, the crew took great care of us. The rooms and guest rooms were cozy, appropriate to history and well equipped. Breakfast really offers everything that makes the day start well. Many thanks to everyone who makes this possible for the guest.

Pure (excellent) food review

We were passing back to the lowlands and hungry in the late afternoon. Well, if we're lucky, we tried the mail. The very friendly waiter promised us with some patience the kitchen would soon be occupied again. Not a matter of course in low season for two transit passengers. We ordered from the extensive wild card from the local hunting dishes as you probably only get them very rarely. Since we were keen to experiment, we asked if we could share our dishes, which was no problem. The boss helped and talked to us. The dishes were excellent and exceedingly abundant. For what was offered, the price was more than fair. Except that we had eaten too much, there was nothing to complain about. Anytime again.
