A charming boutique hotel that was a perfect fit for our group of six. The room was spacious enough to keep things fun without feeling cramped, the staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and the pool was a lifesaver on the warmer days.
Rooms were clean and well-appointed — nothing to complain about there.
One thing worth knowing before you go: Lucerne moves at its own pace. Unlike Italy, this city winds down early, and most restaurants stop serving dinner by 8pm. Plan accordingly and you'll be fine, but it caught us off guard the first night.
Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful city. Would recommend for groups looking for something with character over a cookie-cutter chain.

Staff very accommodating and helpful. They gave us an upgrade and helped me find an item I lost. Stayed for 4 nights and the room was always kept clean. Good value for money. We had a memorable family vacation in Switzerland!

Perfect location. A great warm welcome from staff. Bonus free travel card on arrival. Good eateries nearby (cheaper than those across river). Nice pool and jacuzzi too.

Nice Location, they gave me a warm Birthday Welcome with some Wine and Sodas, Toby is a cool person to have some chats with, very accommodating, etc.! Would love to stay here again on my next Switzerland tour in the future!
