Fabulous hotel

The staff are so friendly & helpful. This is a hotel where you get a personal service not just a transaction. The hotel has lovely decor & very close to the train station. There is a car park that you can use on a first come - first served basis, it is tiny though & cars are shoe-horned in, it also costs £25 for the night we stayed - which I think is expensive & wasn't made aware of this when booking via hotels.com alternatively I read in the room info that you can park in Q car park for a discounted rate through the hotel, which also is just a short walk away.
The room was very clean & comfortable, 310 above the bar / restaurant. We heard no noise from below, over looking the street at the entrance.
The mini bar & snacks are extortionate prices ! Buy some on the way so you don't get drunken nibbles when you get back to the room that cost you a fortune.

We arrived very early and immediately the staff put our backpacks into storage - offered an upgrade to a fabulous room and when we returned the bags were there for us. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Leeds

The room was clean but small. I felt the system in place made check in a bit hectic and they wouldn’t let us use Apple Pay for the £50 deposit which found strange. I think it used to be a lovely hotel but now it is dated and needs a refresh. We have stayed before a long time ago and it was great

An excellent location right in the heart of the city centre. Full of character my room was spacious and had everything I needed. My stay was enhanced by Caroline at check in who delivered brilliant customer service from beginning until the end of my stay. She was helpful initially with parking advice and luggage store then offered useful hints/tips throughout my stay.

Felt very welcome and had a great time.
Caroline was on top of everything from the get go and made my Partner’s 30th celebration go super smoothly.
We also had a great experience at the hotel bar with David - very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel super welcome.
We’ll definitely return when we end up in Leeds again!!
