Please inform Posh Pads - Liverpool 1 - Apart-Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Bookings of 3 or more apartments are considered group bookings and a 25% deposit (non-refundable) will be debited from the guest's card at the time of booking. Please note the entrance to the car park is steep. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. Please note that the only pets we welcome are dogs. Unfortunately, cats and any other pets are not allowed at Posh Pads. It is the guest's responsibility to check what pets are welcome and we will refuse any other pets upon check-in, with no reimbursement for the stay. Note that dogs are allowed where notice has been given prior to arrival. Posh Pads reserve the right to not let dogs stay if we haven't had notice at least 24 hours before check-in time (15:00). Additional charge of £20/night and dog or £100/week and dog if staying 7 nights or more (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory.
