Great stay

Stayed here to attend ascot ladies day 2026 . They had no issues in putting an extra 4 beds in my room when childcare fell through and staff made the process super easy and at no extra charge only for breakfast. The room was amazing lives the jacuzzi bath it was super spacious for us all . Breakfast was very enjoyable and the children loved making the pancakes . Would definitely return again

Nice stay for family of 6

We booked directly with the hotel for 3 night in an interconnecting room because we are a family of 6 and most hotels have us either all in one big room with only one bathroom or in two separate rooms, neither of which suit us. The interconnecting rooms were a great size and the kids were all really happy with their own beds. Price wise it wasn’t cheap but I’m happy to pay to all be together.
Positives
Nice clean, modern hotel.
Beds were comfy.
Good amenities.
Fish tanks were such a nice novelty for the kids.
Air con was great given there was a heat wave!
Lots of local takeaways for dinner delivery.
Really accommodating staff.
Breakfast staff were friendly.
Improvement areas
Room a bit dusty, overall clean but skirting boards etc. needed a bit of attention.
White linen needs changed - one of the bed sheets had black marks which were obviously from where a stain has gone mouldy and although washed the sheets have stained (not sure how to describe it - I’ve seen it on kids clothes before if they’re not washed quick enough after getting messy).
Breakfast - was just ok, bit basic, would have liked more juice options, pastries, pancakes etc. not sure if there were vegetarian meat options, didn’t see any.
Bathroom gets really steamy from shower, not sure if fan wasn’t working or there isn’t one?
Swimming pool - we were grateful to get in 45 mins before closing in the evening for the kids to play in the pool but despite signs there were people filming and taking photos which made me a bit uncomfortable. They were also not told to remove a young child from the hot tub.
Finally, I’d recommend a welcome pack that tells you about the hotel and what’s available locally? Seemed odd that there wasn’t one.
Overall we would definitely come back, good distance to Legoland and relaxed atmostphere.

Lovrly hotel lovely staff food just ok

Hotel lovely entrance and bar area tastefully done. Bedroom lovely clean spacious, we were family of 3, given 2 bathtowels, 1 tube shower gel and one shampoo. Bed comfy but pillows terrible.
Dinner in restaurant was good not great, were charged 12/.5% service charge on bill which ordinarily dont mind, but didnt know about it and found it bit cheeky, mentioned to server who said i didnt have to pay but this should not be the case, it should be mentioned firstly to customer as sn option before paying the bill, albeit staff terribly nice.
Breakfast for a hotel of this many stars terribly disappointing. Food bland, and scabby with getting food out, healthy section not good and not many options, a small bowl of mixed berries, mixed fruit, apples all soggy, and a larger bowl of natural and fruit yoghurt, poorly presented not very appetising and again I question how this hotel has so many positive reviews, bread area totally bland, cereals barely visible and literally one basket half full of little pastries, had to ask for it to be filled and server looked at me like he was doing me a huge favour, apple juice tasted like cheap vinegar and orange juice literally diluted to water, so poor was the quality. Staff however all very hardworking helpful and pleasant but the breakfast really let the hotel down unfortunately. Have to say also not good practice for reception staff to not ask if our stay was enjoyable.

Reception staff very helpful, rooms are spacious comfortable beds and always a comfortable chair to use. Rooms and bathrooms always clean. Friendly staff in the bar and breakfast is always good. This is the third year in a row I’ve stayed there.

Room was clean and beds comfortable- shower was complicated to use in the junior suite and took a long time to get hot water. Breakfast and dinner was lovely as always. Rooms a reasonable price. Would like to know if the hotel has a membership scheme.
