Great Concept, Tents are Hot
Love the concept of this place and the family atmosphere. We booked a tent and an airstream by the creek. Worked good for our family, enjoyed s'mores by the campfire. The tent was unbearable during the day. Upon arrival, our AC was not working correctly and we had to call for service. The same thing happened again the next day and we had to ask them to replace it. Location was good and the overall concept was great.

Nice but….
We spent one night at this property, specifically in an autocamp. The place is very beautiful and surrounded by nature. You can access the pool for free and the food is of good quality. Negative aspects: we had to keep the air conditioning on all night because it was very hot but the noise of the fan was truly unbearable and we practically didn't sleep a wink. The double bed is rather small… anyone taller than one meter eighty sleeps with their feet off the bed. Keep in mind that check-in is at 4 PM and you must leave the autocamp by 10 AM…

Cheap poor camp, better go to AutoCamp Zion - better food, service and atmosphere!
Comparing with AutoCamp Zion which we also visited - Sequoia is much more dirty and food is bad here. Service is also very poor! Food at AutoCamp Zion is really better and stuff is much more friendly! Also atmosphere at Zion is more relaxing and more chic. Sequia reminds me more of Getto.
Main advantage of AutoCamp sequoia is a river you can swim at and that’s all!
We stayed here for two nights but wanted to leave it even after the first one

Nice experience with some but...
My husband and I only slept one night at this property.
LOCATION: The campsite is on the road leading to the park. Parking at the entrance.
Possibility to sleep in cottage-like structures and in Airstream (American caravans)
SERVICE : Friendly and helpful staff as the reservation was made by the system on another date. With quite a few problems we solved and our Airstream (caravan) was however of a lower level. We were refunded the difference with credit to my card.
In the main body there is a very nice common area with fireplace and tables, a bar area with kitchen but a little reduced the choice. Small shopping area where they sold food products but also clothing branded with the Camp loco. Immediately outside there is a heated swimming pool that we have not used, however.
Inside the camp you only move on foot and with a trolley to carry your luggage. I've seen small electric vehicles, those of golf courses to be clear, which probably serve those who have walking problems.
ROOM: The Airstream (the caravan) had a sofa bed facing the front door with a coffee table. A kitchen area with sink and stove, microwave, refrigerator and cupboards.
The kitchen had glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. Super stocked.
The room was separated from the rest and had a double bed, two bedside tables and on either side of the door two compartments for storing our things. In the room there was also a TV on the wall.
Throughout the Airstream USB and sockets. There was also a Bluetooth speaker.
Outside a table and maybe a barbecue, but arriving late we did not see well.
The whole Airstream was clean.
Very noisy air conditioning. There was also the quieter gas plant but it has to go all night otherwise the morning freezes
The BATHROOM: to the right of the entrance was the bathroom. Large, spacious, sink, toilet, large shower. Soap dispenser. Hot water not too hot.
BREAKFAST: we didn't eat anything because there was not much choice and breakfast was not included for us.
VALUE FOR MONEY: a bit expensive, but for us it was a nice experience to sleep in an Airstream

Great but...things you should know before you go
So Autocamp Sequoia...love the concept, love the convenience of being only 7 miles from the entrance of SNP, love the quaint small town vibe of Three Rivers, love seeing Hilton's fingerprint on the Autocamp concept and the benefits for certain tier members. However, while these pro's are great ones, I will emphasize to do
your research before booking. 7-8 months out of the year, especially the summer, temperatures are very very hot in Three Rivers, like high 90's. Unfortunately with Airstreams, especially the older ones with older A/C systems, it creates challenges when trying to keep your camper cool. And being that a majority of the Airstreams are not covered in shade like ours was, it made it difficult to keep the Airstream cool, and resulted in having to run the a/c almost the entire night to keep it at least 72-73 degrees. And because of how loud those older systems are in the Airstreams, sleep became a bit of a challenge, but we did our best to adjust. When making a reservation, I would strongly recommend requesting an Airstream on the west side of the property in shade or next to the river. Another option would be to upgrade to the traditional camper that has more of a state-of-the-art AC system. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying at this property in the hotter months. I was hoping we would've gotten a room upgrade being that we were in the higher tier of Hilton Honors, but that never was offered. All to say that it made for a not so fun experience as we were hoping being that this was our first time glamping. If you are planning to visit SNP is the hotter months, I would recommend staying in the park since temperatures are about 15 to 20 degrees cooler then in Three Rivers. Staff was great overall, friendly and courteous. Hindsight, we should have asked for a room upgrade in lieu of the hot weather. I just got the impression if we had asked, they would not have accommodated, even though it is a Hilton Honors perk, when possible.
Again though, great concept, just wish the experience would have been better. But we loved Sequoia National Park, so there is always a silver lining.
