The Lark motel is a basic motel that is clean,convenient and has a very nice staff. The motel is also close to very good mexican restaurant ( El Chicano)

Ac would turn off after a minute and never come back on unless you unplugged it. Then when you plugged it in it would run for a minute before turning off again. Toilet would not flush. No hot water in sink or shower.

Beds were rock hard, sink was rusted, did not come with comp breakfast. Toilet ran all night.

Good motel for the price, and everything looked brand new. However, I would suggest curtains in the bathroom window and a towel rack in the bathroom.
