A small summer oasis in the middle of town

We stayed one night in corner room number 1. Large, bright and fresh room with a small hallway. The two windows in different directions kept the room cool at night despite the heat.
Wonderful breakfast was served with the opportunity to enjoy in the mature garden surrounded by blooming roses, lavender and marigold. Lovely porcelain Swedish Grace and large cups for coffee and tea.
In the lobby coffee and mini croissants were served free of charge during the day!
Very nice, friendly and helpful staff.
Good value for money!

Great home feeling with perfect location!

Fantastic location in the middle of Simrishamn, an old farm with granary. You can tell that the hotel has been around for a few years, including some kind of vacuum toilet in some of the rooms (I switched to a room with a completely normal toilet after the first night) and a little late 1990-2000s standard on surface layers and doors. But really comfortable Carpe Diem beds, fresh and good cleaning and the absolute best of all - the staff! Absolutely wonderful, caring and service minded. No hot food for breakfast, but several very good breads with a home baking feeling and for a 'creamy-egg yolk fan' like me - perfectly boiled eggs.

Beware of European claims

Everything outdated and unkempt, is unlikely to be operated in this way. Even the narrow spiral staircase to the rooms is an imperative and there is already the risk of accidents in the foyer.
Definitely didn't deserve 3 stars. The bathroom is cramped and not clean.
For this, significantly too high a price. There is also no sauna or SPA as described. Breakfast is ok.

Very nice boutique Hotel. The staff were great, the room was huge, the breakfast was outstanding. Very quiet neighbourhood and good parking options.
