Very disappointing experience
Once we were finally assigned a room and found it, we were shocked by its condition.
We arrived on a very hot day, and the room was unbearably warm. No windows had been opened, and there was no air conditioning in the room.
The room also looked nothing like the photos shown during the booking process. The furnishings were outdated, basic, and lacked any sense of comfort. The bed had no headboard and only a small pillow. In the bathroom, there were stains and mold, along with an unpleasant sewage smell. The mirror light did not work, and the fixture holding the bathroom fittings was loose.
When we opened the window, we discovered even more mold.
It felt as though we had been given some old back room because we were only staying for one night.
We were extremely disappointed with this hotel.

A 4⭐ hotel? Seriously? Total disappointment, bordering on scandalous.

Behind a facade that claims to be high-end, the reality is quite different.
The room we were assigned had no air conditioning, equipped with a small, ineffective fan, in the middle of a heatwave!! A real furnace, simply unlivable. So we asked to change rooms.
The second one was supposedly air-conditioned. At least in theory... When we returned in the evening, we found that it wasn't working either. Unacceptable for an establishment that claims 4 stars!
And the unpleasant surprises continue:
* no kettle, no complimentary coffee or tea;
* no bath mat,
* curtains that are absolutely not blackout: at dawn, the sun invades the room and puts an end to your night.
* sheets that are the wrong size for the bed and that constantly slide off
* only two electrical outlets in the entire room;
Dear owners, it is not enough to proudly display four stars or to rely on luxurious decor to claim the standing that goes with it. You still have to offer services that live up to this rating, without trying to save money on the smallest detail. Guest comfort should never depend on the price of the room, nor be sacrificed by such petty service unworthy of a true 4-star hotel.
