Great location, and I like the boutique hotels. You’re not paying for a huge lobby or a swimming pool… you get a very nice room with a living room area as well. Very comfortable and fantastic staff.

Overall, the hotel ended up being a lovely cozy place to land. They let me check in a little earlier. The initial room they gave me smelled of a sofa that had been stored in a dusty attic for a hundred years. There was a window over the door to the courtyard but it wouldn’t open. The second room we looked at smelled slightly less but had no window to air out the smell. Eventually they gave me a room with a set of balcony doors and after a good airing, the room smell totally dissipated. In the foyer and main areas, the management use a very strong parfum spray for any scent sensitive folks. There’s also a really cute little dog that seems to live there but barks at you if it doesn’t know you. The street facing rooms have good sound barriers facing the street but the noise of the foyer, stairs and front door echoed up through the glass and metal staircase up into the room. Not good if you might be a light sleeper and don’t want to be woken up by a lil dog. The beds were comfortable and loved that there was an upstairs and downstairs bathroom.

This place is very beautiful, great location but it does not have an elevator and going up the steps was very difficult for me.

Great place to stay in San Telmo. Staff is excellent, rooms are clean and the location is great.

This hotel appears to be closed but will take your money
It was not open, I paid for a reservation and nobody ever answered the door. It advertises 24/7 frontdesk on Google but there appears to be nobody there, no refund, to this date nobody has even responded. I waited outside for a long-time and took video of it.
