This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. Please note that for tax exemption, travellers must pay in US dollars and present the migration card they are given upon arrival in the country. Foreign business travellers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Please note that the use of the swimming pool will incur an additional charge of CLP 3000 per person. The swimming pool is open from January to March, Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Pool closure on March 31st, 2026. Only open during the summer season.
