A Magical Stay at Nimb Hotel
We booked a Terrace Junior Suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The suite is spread across two levels, with the bedroom and bathroom on the entry level. A few steps down leads to a spacious living area that opens onto a beautiful private terrace. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy breakfast each morning.
We booked through Hilton, which included daily breakfast—a fantastic benefit. Enjoying breakfast on our private terrace overlooking the surroundings was one of the highlights of our stay.
The hotel also offers thoughtful complimentary touches that made us feel truly welcomed. Everything in the minibar was included, and the room was stocked daily with several bottles of water and delicious chocolates.
The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and the hotel's unique location right next to Tivoli Gardens made this one of our favorite hotel stays. We would absolutely stay at Nimb Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

Beautiful property, but the service doesn’t quite feel five-star.
I must add that to me the hotel front from the Tivoli side looked very strange Indian palace style on photos. So I was hesitant about booking. The property turned out to be fine.
That said, some aspects didn’t quite live up to what we expected from a five-star hotel. The rooftop pool is really more of a very small plunge pool, quite cold too (for that weather) and the spa is tiny. Breakfast was also surprisingly average for a hotel of this level.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the service. The staff were polite, but generally didn’t seem particularly engaged or proactive. On the day of our departure, we wanted to have something downstairs before catching our train. There had just been an event and the dining area was closed, but nobody offered an alternative or suggested somewhere we could sit and get a coffee, water or a small snack while we waited.
Overall, it felt more like staying in a very luxurious serviced apartment than in a five-star hotel where you genuinely feel looked after.
It is otherwise a very nice property, with beautiful rooms, plenty of space and a fantastic location — but at this level and price point, I would expect a much stronger sense of hospitality and attention from the staff.
