Good 3-star hotel in a central location

We were in this hotel for 3 nights. Everything was tip-top. The rooms are very small, but clean and quiet.
Breakfast offered everything you need.

The room was clean although the carpet and the fabric on the chair less so. There wasn't much storage space and the room was small but perfectly fine. However the air-conditioning wasn't very effective and on the 4th night it failed completely, so I had to put up with 30+ degrees.
This hotel needs to improve the air-conditioning.

The room was as advertised, small but clean with the necessary amenitie, and the AC is a big advantage. The breakfast is not great, very basic. Poor experience with the staff as one of them spent her time being super loud on phone while people were trying to eat breakfast in peace. She didn’t care at all and when I told her she was rude she was not happy at all and surprised about it.

Not a good place to stay if you’re claustrophobic. The elevator is extremely small and slow. Very basic hotel . It’s on a good location though.

BEDBUGS

BED BUGS!! This hotel is horrible! I had a long reservation there, but after the first day I got bit with bedbugs and refused to stay there. I got bit and I showed the bedbug to the front office they told me I would get me a refund and apologised, so I would leave the Hotel. Only after I left they then refused to give me a refund and try to lie and say it was mosquitoes. I have put the photos below. It was 100% bedbugs. The man working at the desk is extremely rude. I also left in a rush so I left my watch and airpods and when i went back they said they dont have it. I tracked the location on my Airpods to their hotel so this is the only way I could get my things from these THIEVES. This hotel is extremely dirty and they don’t care about the health of the customers as they allowed other people to stay in the hotel with the bedbugs after I showed them the bug and they refused to refund me from their dirty Hotel.
