Good place specially for transit

If you are going to Goa and taking this route then you can come spend and some time during transit stay. We could not find anything bad for this place. This is well connected to all the main road of the city. The room size was good in size and bathroom was clean. Staff was also good.

Average hotel

I have booked this hotel for a night stay and had a bad experience. Rooms of the hotel were good and clean. They should improve their service. I ordered mineral water which was given to my room after 30 mins.

Unreliable staff, Never book this hotel

The staff is so nice to talk over the phone that I felt we got a great place to stay. The day we arrived in Kolhapur, I was told that my room was given to someone else and I should not bother them.
That morning I tried calling them few times, but no one picked my call.
So irresponsible and unreliable staff, they didnt even bother to pick up my call and inform that I need to manage some other hotel until it was late night.
I was left stranded on the streets with my family to look for a new hotel

Accomadation

TV, Telephones are not working properly. Small ants on bed. We didn't had good sleep. Other wise location is good. Near to Laxmi temple, ST stand, and other important places. Overall Satisfactory rate
