Exceptional Hospitality and Service

We stayed at this hotel and from the very first moment we received an excellent welcome from the Front Office Team. We were assisted even before our arrival, a special thanks to Katia, always available and attentive, and to Marco for the great tips about Dublin.
Ingrid made breakfast an excellent and very welcoming experience every morning. A big thank you as well to the bartenders John and Dimitri, top service.
The property truly deserves recognition. I really appreciated the atmosphere, the room and the hotel services overall. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is definitely a SPA.
Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, including Gio and his team at Coburg, always welcoming and able to make international guests feel comfortable while naturally speaking different languages.
Standards are perfectly aligned with luxury hospitality.
We will gladly return in June

Wonderful breakfast

location was within walking distance of some of the tourist sites we wanted to visit, yet away from main roads so was quiet.
Rom was decent and the bathroom a good size (no small shower to squeeze into!).
Breakfast was a mix of buffet and a la carte and was very good.
The gym was small but reasonably well equipped.
Cleanliness was impeccable.
Service was good throughout, easy check in/out, concierge was helpful in getting me a weird charger for a fitness band as i had forgotten mine.

My children and I stayed in a lovely suite with plenty of room for the three of us. Lovely location near the park and graftonstreer.

A Fresh Coat of Paint, But Not Quite Conrad Quality

The Conrad Dublin was fine for our one-night stay, but it didn’t live up to what we’ve come to expect from the Conrad name. It reads as an older property that’s been given a facelift, and while the fresh paint helps, it doesn’t fully cover the fact that the rooms feel dated and aren’t really up to Conrad standard.
The breakfast was great and was probably the highlight of the stay. If you end up here, it’s worth making the most of it.
No specific complaints beyond the rooms, and it did the job as a convenient final-night base before flying out. But for the price and the brand, we expected more, and we wouldn’t choose to go back.

The oldest operating Conrad and yet….

Opened in 1989, Conrad Dublin is the oldest operating Conrad….and there’s a reason they are still going because it’s a beauty of a hotel full of timeless charm and luxury. Although older the hotel is still in good shape. Our king room was very comfortable and well taken care of.
We loved the breakfast buffet, with a mix of Irish and western classics. The traditional Irish breakfast was delicious.
The staff here are great, from flexibility on early check in to small requests they definitely deliver the Conrad hospitality. Special shout out to Alejandro and Niamh for their great service.
Location is great for exploring Dublin. Mall, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance as well. Don’t let the age of this hotel fool you, it’s just as good as its newer counterparts !
