Hotel a bit dated, but with SOME precautions could be at the top.
Excellent location for visiting bari.
Satisfactory room lack a few sockets in the right place.. Poi top..
Owner Mr. Enzo, exceptional person very prepared ask him .. He'll point at you. BREAKFAST OK.

Very bad.
Terrible hotel, room on the 5th floor with a clogged and dirty sink, poor reception, terrible breakfast, and they couldn't even issue a courtesy invoice, old structure.

Please clean up!
I'm sorry, but this was one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Go to any hostel or airbnb instead.
The only good thing was that staff was really friendly and nice. Not speaking english.
The first room we got was actually in such a bad condition we requested a different one. We were with an organized trip, so I'm not sure about the price, but I guess it is very cheap.
The worst part is that the rooms are dirty and falling apart. Next thing is an awful smell of cigarets in the whole ventilation system. I do not recommend to get any food there also.
Cristal - paint the walls, throw away those blankets with holes and super dirty curtains, patch up holes in doors, fix the heating if you say it will work and give people buffet breakfast instead of giving a portion of a few slices of ham on a plate for each.

Good
Excellent reception, very kind and extremely available, well located, about a km you find the center of Bari. Clean rooms, would need a slight modernization. Experience more than satisfactory.

Terrible.
Dirty, I was locked in the bathroom because the old door, defective and maintenance-free... the shower alternated hot and cold water... the owner who came to pull me out of the bathroom (where I stayed 30 min.) He didn't even apologize....
