Exceeded all expectations

The stay in Tijuana has been an incredible experience, and if it is also accompanied by this wonderful hotel, much better. Everything very clean, rooms fully equipped and very well decorated

Parking was easy amd secure. They reserved a parking space for my car specifically. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and some shopping options. The area is safe, clean quick access to main arteries to the city yet far enough to not be bothered by noise. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the hotels main number found on the website. My last night there my call went to voicemail. This was somewhat inconvenient because the pedestrian and car access are closed late at night and you need to call to be let onto the property. Other than that my experience was excellent. Friendly staff and extremely helpful. The room service was incredible. They organized my clothing, shoes, and stored everything away in the closet for me. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were as dicribed very clean , staff was nice and helpful. The parking is secure and there is shops cafe and restaurants on site .
